Stainless Steel Seamless tubes
Lupin Steels Inc is having dedicated facility for manufacturing Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes.
The facility is equipped with 1750 Ton capacity of Water Hydraulic Hot Extrusion Press . The Hot Extrusion Press is the core strength of the Company enabling to produce Mother Hollows with closer dimensional tolerances and good surface finish. Citizen Metal is self sufficient for manufacturing Mother Pipes with special chemistry.
The Hot Extruded Mother Hollows are used for manufacturing Stainless Steel Seamless Heat Exchanger Tubes using High Speed Cold Pilger Mills, modern Draw Benches and Off-Line Bright Annealing / Conventional Annealing furnaces.
Lupin Steels Inc is having the facility to supply tubes with lower residual stress values, which plays an important role in service life of Seamless Heat Exchanger Tubes.Citizen Metal is having dedicated facility for manufacturing Tubes in U bend Solution Annealed condition upto developed length of 36 meters.Citizen Metal manufactures Austenitic ,Super Austenitic , Ferritic, Martensitic, Lean Duplex, Duplex, Super Duplex and Nickel Alloy Seamless Tubes.
